The other two painted... turns out my Home Depot doesn't carry the clear buckets but that's ok

My original router sled from a few years ago.. maximum height was only 2.5 inches.

    20250421_112532.jpg

Rather than build a whole new sled for thicker material, I made an insert.

    20250421_112646.jpg

Now maximum height is 5.5 inches!

Made another upgrade to the router sled, but it didn't work as well as I had hoped... I may need to offset the suction to the side.

My 10 inch band saw has a height limit of 4 ⅞ and my drum sander has a 4 inch height limit. My planer has a 12 inch width limit so I had to use the router sled to slim this down about an inch and a quarter.

    20250421_134852.jpg

Now it's slim enough to go into the bandsaw to narrow it up.

@wilcam47 if you had any doubt about the Dustopper lid... this should ease your mind.
This is the first half bucket from the router sled and not a spec of dust in the Shop Vac. Note that these are big chips from the router bit and fine dust from sanding etc will likely make it to the Shop Vac.
