I have to do the rear now, I have 3” allpro leaf on now, seriously low, gonna think about it for a bit, maybe aal for a few, while the front settles in, then 63s possibly.
Looking on Craigslist and marketplace for tires to get me by til winter 37s
I have some 16” rims and a set of 17” 4Runner rims, seems like 17” has more of an option for rubber

Hate to say it but Trail Broken Gear springs don’t settle well and don’t expect it to lower 3 inches. Worst spring IMO. Personally, with TG axle and their v6 brakes, I rather run 15” rim vs 16” or 17”

I’m not real expecting them to drop 3 inches, maybe an inch or so, if not I’ll pull a leaf.
I have Tacoma rotors and ifs hubs, so I’m not sure if the 15s will rub, I’ll play with it a bit.
I feel the dislike for trail gear springs, but, it’s what I have for now.

Tacoma rotors/caliper will clear 15s depending on backspacing. I had 15s (15x10 -38/3.50”) on mine when I was still IFS. I preferred more rubber and less metal, bulge better when deflated. Plus, 37s for 15” wheel cost a little less than for 17”.

    The search continues.

Got the battery mounted, cut off switch mounted, cables made and run. Put oil in and cranked it to see if it had juice. Large success. Put the rear tcase in, shifters in, and a bunch of other little stuff. Tons of progress today.

Pull the HD leaf out of the pack. You will loose an inch of lift and get a bit better mannerisms. It's what I did until I have time to bother Alcan for custom springs. What is your frame height now? We have the same setup other than I frenched the front hangers up into the frame. I sit at 25" on 37s.

IS the hd leaf the 3rd one down?
I’m gonna pull it, this week, maybe put it in the rear, see what happens.
I’m installing the transmission a t-case this weekend, hopefully it shows up.

Pulled the hd leaf, dropped 3/4”
I haven’t drove the thing more than a few blocks, so I got some time.
Tranny swap on Tuesday, then the rear springs, front and rear drivelines, and Regear the rear differential.
Little bits and pieces mixed in there as well, diff breather, arb compressor install, relocate the washer reservoir, tires…etc

Temp fitment of the exhaust to see how it clears with the swap, and new components. So far no issues at full stuff. Though I did decide on 2.5" vs 3".
