I’m torn between katskinz or recaros. If I go the cheaper route I would love the more bolstered sport bucket seats. Just seeing what’s out there and need them in grey. Just let me know!

Look for some Tacoma limited edition with lumbar or adapt 4R.

My i offer option C. As a nice looking alternative. I believe there's even a bracket available to help bolt in. When I can release my grip on some monnies, this is what I'm gonna get.

Where I’m at, a clean set of 4R are 2-300 while the Tacoma limited are in the 500+ range for the pair. Limited Tacoma seats are rare and hard to find.

Found mine on Car-Part but they were at a junkyard in Mississippi. The seats themselves were $300 but because they're so large and heavy, the shipping was also $300. No rips & same color, bit the bullet. Finding them local or within reasonable distance WITH undamaged fabric and padding or damaged rails is kind of like winning the lottery. I mention undamaged rails because even if you have standard bucket seats you can't (easily) swap your good drivers side ones over unless you want to lose the height adjuster.

I remember the days of putting in 400+ miles behind the wheel on a fairly new (less than 20k) Toyota bench seat, it taxed the skeleton...
These days I can still manage a 700+ drive on the sport bucket with not much more than a stiff neck
500$ would seem lowball & not that serious about it

I just bought a set of Tacoma limited seats, matching my interior, for $200.

But they are not in exceptional condition. A couple of burn holes in the seat. But I have my interior guy on the hunt for some OEM fabric.

I just sold a set of T4R seats in decent shape for $150. Didn’t match my interior.

But apparently it was a rare fabric only made for select T4Rs in 2002.

    These are the ultimate seats.

And I’d love to buy them. But it’s $4000+ for a set.
