Well the new tie rods came in yesterday.
No thanks to racing depo for fixing there fuck up and trying to make things right but either way. Here it is . getting it towed to my shop so I can tweak on the coilovers some and do the alignment. So since I have everything on now . I noticed that they are binding before I even get to full drop so they are my limiting factor as of now . Have you noticed that on yours

You have any photos of yours at full drop? We were quite surprised, setting up his limit straps today. Completely expected the CVs to bind first, not the steering.

More regarding the steering than the axles. We thought the axles would bind first, but it was the heim hitting the misalignment spacer of the outer tie rod. Quite surprising.

So does anyone have any pictures of everything at full drop with wheels off . Mainly looking to see how your tie rods are . The PRG ones I ordered and running seem to be binding and limiting me to achieve full drop so I'm considerate putting tie rods back on

with stock tie rods + extensions, and longfield Lt axles, limit is UCA hitting the shock.

DR support non-existent, and the kits seem to have machining quality issues here and there. If you have issues, find the All-pro part as a replacement. One of my LCA bolt sleeves was a hair too small and I had to hammer the bolt in and out. AP bolts didn’t slide in either so I know it’s the sleeve.

Some UCA/LCA grease fitting threads aren’t right either but can be tapped straight with a 1/4 tap (no pre drilling). I was able to do LCA threads on the vehicle by pulling the shocks and compressing the arm.IMG_4397.jpg

If you’re running kings with this kit and finding the road/slow speed compression really harsh, might be your preload. Got my shocks tuned for lower compression, sat at 1.5”, then later 1” preload passenger and the ride still sucked on the road and slow speed obstacles.

Dialed it back to .25” passenger, .5” driver and it drives great in all situations now, even hangs in the whoops still with less bump travel.

600lb springs and have 150lb winch/bumper combo. No sway bar.

Yeah I've been fighting it, accutune knows what they're doing but my shit is stiff as hell. On a side note my uni-ball bolts came loose coming off the freeway. The cv self clearanced and popped it loose somehow.

yeah huge issue I was having with the UCA and LCA bolts from DR. The AP bolts held at OEM torque spec, the DR kept backing off. I added a very scientific +10 ft-lbs to all of the bolts and haven’t had the issue since.

Also you can adjust the kings on the vehicle using the spanner wrench with the shocks on and reservoir in place. Just loosen the reservoir hose fitting slightly to swing it out of the way and adjust preload at full droop. If you don’t like it, just re-adjust. (Don’t try this with Fox shocks)

So another question. What bump stops are y'all running on the front . The stock ones or aftermarket ones .
