Which of the grill configurations will look the best?

I am looking to use the custom accessories 4" HID fog lights. Does it look better to have them completely hidden behind the grill or visible but flush with the grill. Check out the MS paint markup pic. Sorry...I don't have a better pic editor.

I think the 7" may be too large. Kind of like the look of the 4". Also, if I cut a hole through the mesh, the 7" will make it more flimzy than the 4".

Just got back from the parts store, the CA HID 4" are 5" deep. I measured from the back of the grill to the radiator and I got exactly 5". That means the HID will fit snugly against the radiator and grill. Does anyone think this will cause any problems?

I would say you need a poll for this topic but I think I already know the results anyway.

Ok, thanks for all the advice. I will stay behind the grill. After putting in the mesh grill, I would hate to cut holes in it.

I purchased an Elusive Elements behind the grill light bar. Works great!

Picked up the lights today. Hope to install real soon.

    Thanks everyone for their comments.
