Got the day off. Just relaxing and running errands later.

Had a new idea for the panel that I'm making for the Auxbeam switch panel (better support/no screws shown). I have it drawn on paper, just need to transfer it to the plastic. Just need to take some measurements before to make sure I can screw the panel in.

 

Hi all. Can anyone recommend a Toyota Dealership for Service? I live in Middletown and work in Bolton. I'm fine driving a little out of the way for better service department.

 

If you work in Bolton I've been very happy with Lynch in Manchester when I've used them

 

Are you using a 6 or 8 Gang Switch Panel? How did you mount the main control box under the hood?

 

I’m using the 8-gang switch. I have a PowerTrays bracket under the hood.

 

Do you 3D print?

 

For the switch panel? No. I have two different options I’m looking at. Both DIY.

 

Ok? I want to see what you come up with.

 

Good morning CT. Getting my sliders welded on this Sunday.

We are also going to take a look on how to modify the skid plate so I can bolt it up properly.
It just needs two holes drilled, maybe some welding involved.

I was going to make a panel for the bin in front of the shifter but every time I want to turn something on or off, I'd have to lean forward. Plus the bin wont be useful for anything.

Middletown, Toyota has been good to me. I've bought 2 vehicles from them granted 13 years apart.

Just bought a new rav 4. And in my case, I have not had any issues with Middletown Toyota.

I can't speak for others results.

Give them a try since you live in Middletown, Their on Newfield street Toward the Cromwell town line.

I live in Newington, so it's an easy ride for me. It's about 8 miles again. I've had good success with them in my case, take care

Instead of screwing it down there, try using 3M double side tape. It will definitely hold it and if you don't like it there you will be able to move it and you won't have any holes.
