That's true, during covid one of my coworkers would brag out loud for everyone to hear how he would wake up log into a call then go back to bed till 10 and how great it was blah blah.
    then BAM it was banned.

Yes, before I left the City there was rumors they were looking to bring people back as you would message them or teams call and nothing….

Congrats man, that’s a milestone. How many more yrs do you plan on working at the new gig? Sounds like a nice upgrade over the old commute

The starlink has served me well too. I was out in the Davis Mtns for a month back in february-march. Speeds are super fast out there since its so remote. I got the Rv last july and it’s been a lot of fun working from different areas since then. Heading up to ouray for some time off soon, really looking forward to that.

That’s even better that they approached you. My interview process for the new job was miserable, but definitely worth it in the end.

You’ve been busy man, looks like it’s been good for you though. I see a lot of changes in the little red ground grabber too!

Oh, I’m going to push it for a little while longer yet as I’m too young to retire yet…. Some around here may say damn your old but meh, it all perspective and how you approach things. Ouray will be fun..told my wife what you were doing and said, well if you want to go somewhere let’s go as long as I have an internet connection we can go anywhere.

Hey there buddy, it’s been a busy few months, but it’s been good for sure. Yeah the red truck did a full 180 lol. The lowered suspension wasnt too good for hauling so that had to go. There have been a few other changes along the way but its still mostly stockish.. :D

The older you get the more important it becomes to keep busy imo. It keeps people sharp - if you dont use it you lose it. Yeah since you’re a hybrid worker you could do the same. I’ll be checking out Arches NP while im up by Ouray too. Its about a 3hr drive so i’m planning on making that one!

Arches is cool, was there with few of the guys a couple years ago, BTW you can enter the park via off road trails and skip the entrance.

    You lost?

I figured for old times sake I would drop the reveal here first… There is officially a Tacoma in my stable again, my kids first truck but it’s mine while we get her up to standard and he’s old enough. FullSizeRender.jpg
