I prefer the roll up tonneau as when I want the full 6'2" bed I have it with nothing in the way. I went with the same exact cover as my 3rd gen. Truxedo truxport.

I think it would be possible to remove them, but the fit is very tight (as you would want it to be). The milling is extremely well toleranced, none of the original knob remains visible. I like.

That looks great looks like you removed every bolt, installed the liner and reinstalled the bolts. Correct ?

I LOVE the low-profile look of this!

Finally got the Fox in and dialed to the height i wanted. They come out of the box at 2.25" of lift. i only have 2" of lift in the rear and wanted at least 1/2" of rake so it took quite a bit of trial and error to get the height set. overall these started with 1.3" of preload, they are now at 1/4" of preload to get the 1.5" of lift.

Ride quality is similar to the factory Bilsteins and the ADO springs we had on them but the Fox shocks are much more compliant over washboards and rough roads.

    That looks very sharp!
I have seen a bunch of flat black but the gloss looks great. I may have to get me some and crawl under the Tank.

Do you have any kind of support bars holding up in the middle area to prevent rain from making it sag? If so, do they move out of the way when you roll it up?

Purchased a 2025 TRD OR Hybrid two weeks ago and have a bed extender, front skid plate, transmission skid plate and fuel tank skid plate pending installation. Other than that, I have added some minor accessories to the inside.

Next, I am looking at looking at lifting it and adding some bigger tires but going to ride what I have for a few months. Getting way too many other ideas from this forum and definitely appreciate it.

Well what have I done today? Nothing....in fact I have not driven the truck in 3 days. Starting to have withdraw symptoms. I did order some OEM red towhooks so I will install those this weekend. Maybe change the oil.

Removed the OEM TRD running boards. They are very nice quality, but I'm fairly tall and would rather just step into and out of the cab without them.

Also taped over the whistling holes left over from removing the front air dam. Will try to pickup some plastic plugs when I get a chance.

I noticed you have a sport too. On the TRD skid plate, how did you mount the front of it since there is no cross bar like the OR trucks?

You have to purchase a crossmember
Most 3rd party skid plates offer that option

Got in on the SXTH restock.

definitely a little different sound, but I like it so far. Not throwing away the old pipe yet

I know they exist, I just want to know specifically how the OP addressed it. I've heard some folks just don't run the front crossmember at all.

I ran the crossmember for the added support in the front. Glad I did. I hit something on the interstate last week going 75 mph that landed right on that section of my skid. It was quite a thunk, and I am sure that the crossmember did it's job in supporting that section of the skid. $45 well spent. If the designers/engineers recommend it, it's worth getting IMHO.
