Did some camping with the gf a couple weekends ago out in the Francis Marion. Found a great spot a while back while driving around, really far from any other road and didn't see another soul (animal or human). Off-brand solo stove clone worked amazingly too, almost too good.

My OG 2008 taco just threw a “check engine” light this weekend. 118k on the clock and no real issues yet, runs fine, idles fine etc. hope to take to to get on code reader on it tomorrow.

I got one of those cheap ass Autozone code readers for like $50 a few years ago strictly to read the codes. Then I can plan accordingly on if I can do it myself, order parts, or take it somewhere.

I invested in a Launch X431 PRO late last year it has been awesome for both my vehicles and to help out with friends/neighbors as well. Not cheap but great.

Any boaters in the Charleston area? hoping to have time to pull mine out of the garage for a clean and tune-up this weekend. would be fun to get some TW guys (and spouses of course) out on the water this summer.

We’re on the water as much as life allows (which amounted to maybe 5 times last year) haha. We’re usually down around the sol legare area on the stono. We used to put in at the Limehouse all the time. We loved wolf island and the redneck riviera in the mornings.

Im about 10 minutes from Limehouse, so that's where we usually drop in. Generally hit the water early for wakeboarding, and then after everyone's all beat up, we hit the sandbar for drinks and lunch. I haven't put in at sol legare, but we've made the trip to the beach out that way from Limehouse and wappoo a number of times.

We’ve probably run past each other a few times. We cut way back after kids and are just starting to get back to it. Y’all able to keep the kids out all day? Ours were still too nap dependent and wouldn’t fit the life of them sleep on the boat.

We pretty much took last summer off since our little one was only 6 months old. Year and a half now though, and she'll stay up until 2:00pm before a nap of we push her. Wife prefers the sandbar though, so in the past, the the guys have gone out wakeboarding, and then we swing back by the landing to pick up the wives around 10:00 for a few hours at the sandbar. We're looking forward to being on the water most weekends again this summer. What kind of boat are y'all in?

We’re in an old plain jane 20’ key west center console. I’m working on fixing an exhaust leak before I can get her back on the water so we may just put in the ol jonboat in the meantime. If we ever get back up to that side of the river I’ll shoot you a text. We’ve been itching to get back up there. What are you in? Wakeboat I assume?

    So update on the codes:
    1) MAF Sensor. Pulled and cleaned tonight.
2)Brake Light Switch… lights work as they should
Edit: says C1249 “open circuit in stop light switch circuit” (ABS)

turned truck on and off a few times, light persists. I’ll drive it to work tomorrow.
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

We had a tacoma in the shop with a mass air flow sensor code. Replaced it with an oem sensor. The code came back. So I don't know what to do about that at this point.
