When I was younger I remember a big spider being in the house and there was no way I was going anywhere near it so I grabbed my dad's blowgun and ended up shooting at it from a nice safe distance and poking much bigger holes in the wall than meant

I know people that leave their cars unlocked with the keys in them when they are at home I grew up in the city everything stays locked. It's so different up in the mountains. People will leave their vehicles running and go into the grocery store.

 

Yup!!

I lived a super rural life until I was in middle school - then I was thrown into a super urban setting where if it wasn't locked, it was gone in less than 60 seconds.
Even tho I am back to the rural setting where things are generally safe - I still lock my truck in the driveway and keep the house locked unless I am actively doing something. Guests give me shit for locking the door right after they enter . . .

I see people leaving their cars runnin' at the corner store pretty regularly - I could do that, it is a MT so you ain't stealing it cause you can't drive it, but I don't wanna tempt fate.

 

I remember when i was young,we left the doors unlocked and the windows open ,cause we didnt have central heat and air..i can still remember laying on the floor in my bedroom ,with my face on the vent ,and smelling that cold ac right after it was installed...
