oh yeah how do you think I found out about this lol

We have a GroupMe app chat as well that connects us to the security/patrol guys that drive around at night, he's currently trying to figure out what's going on but told us it was the teacher's house.

    That is disgusting
I was always taught ground beef is the one beef you actually need to worry about cooking appropriately
Steak you can just sear the surface to kill anything, but ground beef, the entire thing is the surface

If you know/trust it's from a good and clean source then there's no worries. We sourced great quality beef there, Harris Ranch for those familiar with it.
But I can tell you from experience, as one of a few 18ish year olds working there...things were far from sanitary

Downtown Boise. It’s so nice to be in an actually city (they have those in Idaho it turns out). So much better than the creepy cult town of Moscow. Also there’s actually people my age here.

Store bought ground beef should always be cooked. But of you ground it fresh yourself and eat it same time its safe

Its good to see them freaking out. I think LA is going to get 1 in Edmonton and take it at home in game 5. With the lack of Ekholm Edmonton doesn't have the defense to protect either of there goalies.

Yeah he would come up to the counter and the owner of the shop would grab him a 1/2 pound from the fresh ground stuff, we were always grinding up ground beef all day. One of the first times I did it, I put the blade on the grinder backward and it broke. The big commercial grinder was so old that there were no parts for it anymore, the owner was so pissed. He ended up finding an extra one from another butcher across town though.

Yeah the grinding process airaits the meat and gives more surface area for bacteria growth so ground beef is best cooked fully but if you just ground it and cooked it you’ll be fine

Oh man, for real. I went back into work about a month after the lockdown...the city where my work is got an exception to the rule imposed by LA county because Pasadena has its own official health department. So non-essential workers there could go back to work. Traffic to/from was like a dream for awhile.

Being a essential worker during the lock down was great. Driving around was amazing

Even after most people went back to work the traffic was pretty great compared to before. I know a lot stayed remote. Until the schools went back to in-person. That's when the real nightmare traffic came back, mornings especially.
