Ive had raw meat, heart, balls, eyes. Then ive had just about the rest of it cooked some way. Asians don’t waste anything

 

My dad raised a couple pigs each year for a long time and an Asian cable guy came over the same day we were butchering one and he took EVERYTHING my dad wasn't going to use, few weeks later him and his wife brought by some amazing spring rolls and stuff.
I've had a few rocky mountains oysters. I'm all for not wasting anything as long as it taste good I don't care where it comes from
