    Thanks!
Currently I have Toyo Open Country AT3's in 265/70/17 on it. I will probably go up to 255/80/17 for the next set.

I spoke with Wheeler 3 times just a few days ago ago, looks like they are sister stores. Does trail gear have a brick and mortar store or is it only online

I know this was awhile back but any idea what the tongue weight of that trailer is? I’m looking at new leafs for my 3rd gen. I have an alucab shell, about 140lbs, and a teardrop trailer with at least 150lbs tongue weight.

So do you wish you went with the stage 2, or are you happy with the stage 1? I'm on the same boat. I just ordered a Snug top hi-liner for a longed, got the rubber mat interest and rock sliders. That's got to be hitting the 300# just with that. I called deaver, and they recommended the stage 1. I just can't imagine having that "#300"load range when I have to load up for trips.

What did you do? I'm on the same boat, and pretty much the same experience when calling them. Maybe their leafs are tough a as nails and they just under estimate them.

Yes they are helpful. They recommend stage 1s for me and they the professionals. Part of me though wants to veer to the stage 2s though- constant everyday weight ~maybe little over 300# ( snugtop hi-liner, rubber mat, sliders with top plates and kick out, boxed frame bed over wheel well)

Did you go stage 1 or 2? How did it work out.? Same boat, but with a hi-liner and sliders as well

I recently purchased a 2017 TRD Sport 4wd AC LB with 46,000 miles. The current suspension rides and handles well. I've added a retractable tonneau cover and plan to use a RTT with some BamBed slider and camping gear that will bring the bed weight up to around 500lbs. Would stage 1's with the OEM shocks be sufficient while still providing a comfortable unloaded ride? Do I need to consider upgraded shocks like the Bilstein 5100's?
The extreme of my 4 wheeling rides might include Imogene pass in Colorado, Which I used to do in my 91 Toyota 2.4L 4WD

Stage 2 if you plan on keeping that weight in the truck all the time

What about running Deaver Expedition Stage 1 with stock bed weight? I don’t wanna be lifted anymore than 2 inches in the rear. I’m looking at this as my next suspension upgrade.

You'll get more than 2" with an empty box. I'm closer to 2.5" with mine. But you can just toss some weight against the tailgate and it will drop it a bit. Will ride a little better too. I find the Stage 1's are still a little stiff with 0 weight in the box.

Yeah, I even called Deaver about that and they told me it would only lift 2”, even with an empty bed. I do like rake, but not excessive rake like I saw in some posts. Guess if it is too much, I will just do sand bags.

They told me the same thing lol. I do have a 2nd gen though and they are bit lighter of a truck. And I have a 2.5" front lift so I was totally fine with the same rear lift.
