    Looking - I think I overdid the jerk on the last batch I did, but I also smoked it instead. Can't wait to make this again :drool:

    TBD on this - keep me in on the PM, I am traveling the two prior weekends, so that weekend might be a weekend to not leave the house. I'm pretty much just toying a tire rotation at this point, I think.
