She has a mighty thimble there, to sew that by hand.

The messanger bag looks great. Your wife has talent. I like the color.

Good Morning. Formal PT is finished, yes. Home PT will go on for a while. I have enjoyed the walks with my wife. I am not going to stop doing the walks. Going to visit my cousin today. She was over for Easter and looked better than she has in months. Getting old is not for the weak. I hope everyone has a busy and wonderful weekend. I will be walking, more like hobbling, for Pancreatic Cancer tomorrow. My sister's husband passed to this cancer two years ago. I am on her team. Looking forward to starting and finishing the walk.

Just got back from the yearly spring kid visits. One close to Reno, NV and the other close to Sturgis, SD... and us in the middleish. So four days of driving in good weather and 2400 miles. Going through Wyoming on the way there was dicey. Some ice, some great roads. Some dry, some whiteouts due to blowing snow. I'm actually surprised the roads weren't closed from Rawlins to Casper. It slowed us way down. The new car (bought last June and just turned 10K) had a check engine light coming out of Casper and we turned around to find a dealer. Turns out that the radiator has louvers that open and shut in front of it and with the temps and the blowing snow the ice built up and the louvers couldn't open. By the time we got it sorted out (and I have to say that the dealership kid was nice but clueless and needed to be led through all the hoops.) it was too late to keep going so we stayed the night at a motel we knew from past experience was clean, cheap, and had all the amenities. (Downtown Best Western)

I gotta brag a little. I like to play poker but have had a terrible run of cards since about summer of 2008. I like to play nickel roll (cheap) tournaments and I win, but not like I have in the past. But something clicked this time and I got to play three tournaments and was in the money for each of them, playing bad cards. Three in a row is something I haven't seen since spring of 2008. Paid for the trip expenses...

No doubt she can sew. At this point I fear too many cows would have to die to accommodate me. I've learned to embrace the newer technology of textile riding gear. Lighter, cooler, and doesn't weigh a ton when soaking wet.

Always wondered why all the bike leathers seem to be black or dark brown. A dark red would work for me. I'd need a pocket in each legging of the chaps to accommodate a sawed off shotgun on the outside of each leg. Maybe some conchos as a tribute to my cowboy roots...

My Baja California Road Guide, online edition...
A project I have worked on since 2017 that was to be published, never was... at least not yet. Covid postponed the book, as travel to Mexico was all but halted for many months and others waiting 2 years to go back to Baja. The next issue was the graphic artist/publisher, who dropped the ball on the project.
So, rather than not share my work at all, I made an online version for those going to Baja or planning a Baja trip... maybe just for an armchair adventure!
    Enjoy: https://vivabaja.com/baja-bound-road-guide/

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY Mike! :hbd:
OOPS, missed that your post did state that it was hand sewn Greg, very impressive craftsmanship there! :101010:

David, all I can say is WOW, that is some work you did there, beautiful place with tons of history, thanks for taking the time to share.

OK, as for my day, only caught 5 buck shad and lost 1 at the net, not a good day but better than not catching any.
