That FE 390 was designed before the people who designed the Coyote engine were born.

    Get mom that fan.

Back and forth to the hardware store seems to be how it goes around here. I can plan and pick up everything I need for a job and something else has to be repaired now.

Got home from work this week and she was like "I need a favor..." ahhh crap

I've honestly been needing to do it for a while, but I gotta rip up some attic flooring that apparently I like to vacuum according to @RustyGreen :boink:

Some years ago I was dropping off something in a vacant downstairs unit, just walk in/out. I noticed the sound of water running and became curious what the upstairs unit was doing.

Went down in the basement and found the relief valve spraying. :censored:

The water was just to the bottom of the furnace, upstairs wouldn't have noticed anything wrong until they got cold, even then it wasn't that cold outside so it is possible nobody would have noticed until water was coming out the basement windows.

If I hadn't stopped by to drop that tool off
    or
if I hadn't gotten curious why "they" were running so much water...

That could have turned into much more than just a higher than average water bill.

Bad thing is I installed this heater April '22. I noticed some light green crusties and dried up drips in the pan over a year ago. I figured it was some kind of weird fluctuations with my well pressure tank and the cutting on/off. But, looks like just a crappy valve. :annoyed:
