I tried pegs like that on my Klx but I had a hard time shifting with my boots on. Had to go back to stock pegs. I need to find a longer shifter then they would work.

@Brian422 just bought the IMS one for his KLX300. He seems to like it with his Tech 7's

On a old motorcycle that I had the splines, on the shaft that lever attaches to, get worn down because it couldn't get tightened down enough. It was a '78 RM 125 that had been used as race bike by a previous owner. I couldn't find a replacement part and having one made was cost prohibited. The engine ran great, but required wrenching after or during each ride. The problems made it so it wasn't fun to ride anymore. Do it sat unused for a while. I ended up selling it to someone who raced vintage motorcycles. I was honest about it's issues and he still snapped it up. I miss riding that one. My current dirt bike has a 230cc engine, but still doesn't have what my old one had.

The museum or festival? I bet you're more likely to go there than I will be to go to the Isle of Man TT. I would love to see that race in person.

Isle of Mann is at the top of my bucket list. Had an opportunity to go back in 2000 but had just signed a contract to build my house and had to pass on it.

Just order a longer ims shifter. Will be nice to get my tech 3 boot under it easier.

Camped out near my hometown at Schafer State Park. Made a loop out to visit parents (Elma), then to Grandma's place (Shelton), and back around to camp via Matlock. Was 87.9 miles. Longest run so far. We also joked about it being the first time we made it 20 miles straight without a stop sign or light. Wife loved it. She said it was exactly the kind of riding she always wanted to do. Just cruising back roads.

Recently picked up this 75 Honda MT250 Elsinore. First bike. Went all the way to New Hampshire for it. I'm having a blast even on my little 6 mile commute!! These are really neat bikes - almost exactly the same as the original CR250 available at the time but with lights, different cylinder, and less aluminum

also off topic ish but yall talked about trailers and trailer wiring always having issues a few days back! well i had to borrow my grandmothers 6x12 utility trailer and the entire time i towed the thing all i heard was the "doo de doo! ... doo de doo!" from my ford telling me there was faults in the wiring... turns out someone destroyed the wiring after borrowing it again! and didnt tell anybody until i got to borrow it..
