    Had these two running around here last night.
    Looked like siblings, about 100lbs. and no Sow was seen.
    Tried to climb into the fenced in dog area but I skeered them away. :eek:
    Looks like I'll start strapping the .45 for yard work.:goingcrazy:

    One for the breast off my first turkey a few weeks ago. I didnt do a wet or dry brine. I kept it simple with the seasonings and used duck fat as a binder. Pan seared it and then hit it with some garlic and butter to baste. Now I’m not saying it was as tender as a thanksgiving turkey but it sure wasn’t dry. It was moist for sure.

    Do you guys do a brine overnight? Dry? Wet?
