1500 lbs exactly on the back, no problem at all.

Timbren dual stage bumps stops doing exactly what they are made for.

I did air the rear tires upto 40 PSI, after the forklift loaded it. They were a bit soft at 32 PSI.

I had bought some, but was recommended to return and use what I already had, Timbren dual stage. So I did.

Airbags where I live, last 2 years. 3 at max. My Hitch shop guy said don't bother, it does not help you haul more than your truck can. It just makes it look like you can.

I have a trick next time to reduce sqaut, we will see if it works. :fistbump:

2nd bumpstop before the forklift loads.

As my job used to be cutting large pieces of rubber from tires. I brought some off cuts home that are flat and 1.5" deep. I think if I put them on the bumpstop before the forklift loads, it will almost make the bad flat.

We will see on the next load, as I will be doing this constantly with my new business.

    @tacoma16
    This is what I mean

It's just a huge piece of tire rubber o_O

Put them in, let the forklift load the pallet. Less squat?

    Anyone see a problem?

Dax I am interested to hear what you think :argue:

I didn't use them this time as I needed to see a baseline of what the truck does with out any help. This was my 1st trip.

New right now sells $449 but I'll be happy with $350
I'll have it with me at the meet tomorrow if you want to have a look at it.

You'll want to move the toolbox and center the cargo over the axle to reduce leverage. Wouldn't want to go full Chevrolet:

Could you just get a small heavy duty trailer to load it onto?
payload on these trucks is 1270lbs (according to google) and tow rating is 6500lbs
If just the skid alone is 1500 lbs at the end of the day you’re still 2-300lbs over payload with just your skid and thats not even including whatever's in the tool box and accessories bolted to the truck.

Toool box empty when I go for a run. I do plan for a trailer for doing this exactly. Love the input!

The well is only so deep, she getting a bit dry. Blasting trailer needs to start fillin the well back up.

@Windigo I'm surprised you didn't buy me one when I put ever single dollar I have into the trailer, come on help a bro out :fistbump:

you made me laugh.. let me quote a movie called get hard. there's a part in the movie where Kevin Hart asks Will Ferrel for money and he says no because he'll be helping him by saying no. " help me to help you" he says. I feel I'll be helping you more by not buying you a truck. Yes I know, no thanks needed just my way of helping.. lol.

on a more serious note: man I'm inspired its not easy doing what your doing..
