Part number for the transmission skid? I’m looking to add to my TRD OR Hybrid and I’m seeing several different part numbers. Thanks!

Well, I was installing a new bumper, so I had the fascia removed. The ‘fang’ trim pieces were just clipped on, so super easy to remove. Removing the front bumper is pretty easy as well. There are several good videos out there showing the clips and screws to remove.
I wired to a switch not the DRLs or headlights.

Got the Greenlane Offroad 12.5º aluminum sliders for the rig. I don't really do any real crawling so felt like steel was overkill and wanted to save the weight. Install was fairly straightforward, but there were a few things different than their install video, but was easy to figure out. Build quality looks amazing. There were a few small scratches/gouges, but I'm assuming it was from shipping and they were on the bottom of the sliders so whatever. All good. My only wish is that they were 15º slider instead of 12.5º. Would look a bit "cooler" if they were angled a bit more. That said, I'm very happy with them and think they'll fit my needs perfectly.

In other news, the Method 705 is back in stock and I placed my order. Not sure how long it will take them to get up here to Oregon, but hopefully soon! Feels weird putting the sliders on before proper wheels and tires. Lastly, my Super Pacific X1 Camper should be available soon-ish. Stoked. The truck will look a lot different here shortly. Then comes suspension. Sigh.

Here's some pics of the sliders:

Put Yoda to work in the yard doing some pruning and cleaning up from a beautiful southern red oak we had to have removed. Loved not having to worry about getting stuck in the softer parts of the lot.

I have to remove the stock one from my 3rd gen OR every oil change.

takes less than a minute, a few bolts and good to go. Easy peasy.

I’d be surprised if it were more difficult on a 4G taco

Really pleased with the Katzkin leather seats installed today in my base, MT, TRD-OR. When I bought it I searched for a truck optioned with only heated seats and the 14" screen (+ stick). I wasn't sure how well the cloth seats would hold up but when they started to discolor I searched online for seat covers and ended up splurging on the Katzkins. The main color is "mahogany" with black stitching and black "wings" to tie in with the rest of the interior. One word to the wise is that "mahogany" looked dark brown on the Katzkin website. I'd seen photos of this color on Instagram so I knew it had more of a lighter tone.katzkin 2.jpg katzkin 3.jpg katzkin 4.jpg

Do you know the offset difference between the pro and trd sport wheels by chance?

55mm on the stock sport wheels and 20mm for the TRD pro wheels, so about 1.37 inches of more poke.
