    The "tool" is the driver slow-poking in the left lane. What the Trooper did to them was awesome. I think he should have been able to pull them out of the car and taze them for it.

    I hate people who don't realize that, in most states, the left lane is a passing lane and is not to be occupied other than to overtake another vehicle. So I'm glad that cop faked out that idiot driver. But I concede if the cop really had somewhere to go, he should have turned his lights on sooner. Anyway, one word about the Civic driver: unaware. 86% of Americans simply don't know (or care) how to drive in a safe, courteous and respectful manner. I estimate that at least 50% of us can't be bothered to lift a finger and use our turn signals, and even more of us are speeding simply because "me first, and your safety is not important." Nice attitude. Just about every driver could benefit from taking a look through the DMV driver handbook, and nowadays it seems like nobody even knows what it is. Driving is a privilege -- act like it.
