Well shop, after about 2 months I finally feel like I'm starting to get a handle on my new job. I have a lot to learn, but I'm beginning to have enough knowledge and experience to make some decisions and manage the work flow to the techs.. to a limited degree. I'm now fully in charge of the Lube rack schedule and approvals. I'm building estimates for repairs and I'm fairly involved in scheduling the work for the mainline techs. It's still daunting but I can see the light.

I appreciate all of the support you all have given me

Sounds like you need to set her up by the window with some coffee and a point n shoot problem solver.

I'm trying to convince my neighbor to clear out the rapidly growing rabbit population. But he's still leary after the cat depopulation event.

Just treat the techs like human beings. Most don't.

Honda OE rotors are shit and the pads are harder. They warp just looking at rain. I had a habit of tossing the rotors with every pad change on all my Hondas. Use the cheaper shoes and the better rotors and problem will be less of an issue. Our flooding makes for “fjording” a lot. The Tacoma is only slightly better. I replace the rotors every second set of pads and the oe pads/rotor are good enough. I’m still learning the drums/shoes. Probably just find a better shoe.

The micro spare in the middle of the rear seats made me not so happy. The MDX/RDX was better under the tail.
