Evening Paul, we had a beautiful day here, but cold and windy, Lake Michigan is still a little cool

You have the ‘sea breeze’. It was 81F here today. T storms moved through this evening and it’s cooled off back into the low 60s. Windows are open to cool off the house and freshen the air.

Great weather today. Sunny and clear not too hot. Perfect day to tackle the blackberry vines. The neighbor built a fence at the top of the rock wall that divides our properties. Problem is it creates a 3’ no man’s land between our fence and his. So…step one: Remove the fence boards to create enough of an opening to climb through. Step two: Hack the vines back with the hedge trimmer. Step three: Spray with Crossbow. Step four: Replace the boards. Stick a fork in me…I’m done! Just in time too! Here comes the rain.

Good morning everybody :hattip: I hope you are all doing well. Thank you for all the birthday wishes.

I’ve been really busy on several fronts and felt I needed to take a little break and get things in order. I’ve about got a yard project wrapped up and next week we will be back to normal on the babysitting schedule with the other grandmother. I’ve still got some big yard projects I need to get done but it will be more manageable when we’re not babysitting most of the time.

    Have a great day!

Morning boys. Slept like a rock again. Well until the wind kicked in at 3am and started rocking the camper. Trying to figure out if I should wait or go now since I hate driving in the wind.
