    Like I said, I'm afraid of heights! The roof is a 12/12 pitch. The alum. ext. ladder is taken apart and ratchet strapped to the top of the 'glass ladder. I used the ext. of the alum. to take up any flex in the glass ladder as I climbed. I was shaking like a queer eating a hotdog while I was up there.:D

    I don't know if you knew or not, but I'm Polish, I've had 6 concussions, and my mom smoked and drank during pregnancy:eek: (it was OK in the 60's), so I have lots of excuses!!!:D

    Not to mention, it's only like 12' off the ground. I'll say it again, heights freak me out!

    Phone a friend! lol Seriously dude I wouldn't trust that setup at all. Do like the other said. Find a flatter spot, put a few rungs above the roof, and make sure your wearing tennis shoes and not crocs or loafers. Much safer walking on the roof than that setup slipping and a trip to the ER. If you can't do it get someone who can, don't risk your ass for that.
