You can make the "spicy" version from the regular Montreal seasoning. Add dill seed, coriander seed and more red pepper flake.

The 29oz container is on sale at Sams for $5, right now.

I’ve used steak sauce but not a big fan. The secret is to start with a quality steak, a prime ribeye that is well marbled. That marbling is what gives it taste and tenderness. A little salt and pepper. Or my favorite spice for beef, pork, chicken is Cabelas beer and roasted garlic seasoning. Not a lot. Grill it Hot and Fast, rare to medium rare. Have a glass of Buffalo Trace Kentucky Bourbon while grilling and serve with a good California red wine like a Cabernet or Barbera and a loaded baked potato. Bon Appetite!

You can order it thru Walmart.

They tend to have pretty good prices on stuff. I order Honda OEM stuff thru them quite often along with Mountain House food when they have sales.
Any issue and they do a great job of taking care of you with just a phone call and you're not dealing with some sketchy company.

I recommend anyone grilling or frying cheeseburgers to put a pat of butter on the burger, then lay the cheese slice on top of it. Guarantee it will make the burgers taste even better. :)
