So... follow up on the shock problems. I have some LT Bilsteins coming so I can take off the Locked shocks and send them back. Had I sent my Dobisons back I wouldn't have had to buy Bilsteins... Oh well procrastination hurts some times. Going to be hot on the Locked though so I have them for the Montana trip. Riley is working with me, but still costing me some money. Shocks suck but as with all things in life YMMV.

Finally warm enough for my annual WoolWax application.
A lot of what I thought was rust turned out to be mud mixed into my last coat of WoolWax.

Maybe one of these years I will pressure wash the underside before applying WoolWax.

I finally put my skills at work to good use.
I modified a small cake pan to fit my toaster oven. Now I can make cinnamon rolls at work.:hungry:

Now it's back to the same old grind

Yeah, I stopped and grabbed some degreasers and cleaners on the way home.
Was going to bust out the pressure but I put the battery in the Deere and mowed lawn instead.

Front tires kept losing air. Probably too much dirt in the beads or somewhere. Point is, they're dirty. :)

More work to add to the list.

Looks good up that high... you should consider bigger tires.

Lol, I am pretty happy with my 32s.

I daily drive my truck for work but if I had another truck just for fun I would definitely put 35s (maybe even 37s) and long travel on it.

Though for the price of buying a long travel truck I would probably just get a really nice SxS

An old girlfriend once said to me "knock it off! I'm not doing that!"

Finally, a reason to look forward to your work day!

Any pics of the cake pan mod? :D

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
But with a SxS, you'd need a bigger truck and a trailer to match, with a place to park said trailer and SxS. Then there's mods and repairs for the sh$t that breaks (and they do break). I think long travel would be cheaper.

My idea of Long Travel is fully caged, almost a trophy truck. I would want to trailer it so I can drive it at it's limits and not worry about making it back home.

The Taco would be plenty to haul a SxS, plus I have been wanting an Intech Flyer trailer for some time, which would do double duty of toy hauler and camper.

Also a SxS would open up so many more trail options. Maybe if I lived in California, Arizona, or Utah a LT truck might be worth it.

This seems appropriate for the current conversation.
