    flag is flagstaff, AZ
have an early appt in flag on monday morning
and there was a deer herd on the other side of the fence
I looked at them and saw what appeared to be an albino deer
I was in the wrong lane and there was a lot of traffic so was
unable to hop the curb. There was no parking there anyway.
Looked online later and there are posting of the albino deer there in
flag. just interesting, will try for a picture next time

A circus train wrecked in a town in NC ... a couple of albino squirrels escaped and started breeding rapidly. When they were just starting to take over some people decided that native squirrels should have precedence and start hunting them. But bleeding-hearts told them they were being cruel and "culling the herd" was banned. Now the albino squirrels are a plague on the town.

No pics, but I actually saw one in Wisconsin Rapids about 10 years ago. Was making a delivery at a warehouse, and it was just hanging out in the field next to the warehouse.Mentioned it to one of the dock workers and he said “oh yeah, there’s a couple of them over there.”
Even stranger… (again no pics) about 10 years prior to that, I saw an albino moose calf right near the Wisconsin/ UP Michigan border. Wasn’t even aware moose were that far south.

Also "no photos"; but I saw both albino elephants and albino water buffalos in the jungles and paddies, while flying the skies over Laos. Heard about a white tiger being spotted west of the PDJ, but never saw it myself. (Even seeing normal tigers was rare. They were there but are masters at staying hidden. Saw only 3 or 4 in the wild.)

I grew up in town so don't know jack about farm equipment. :notsure:

However, I believe that is a belt driven silo blower similar to these.

Made me laugh! I guess it is just too early in the morning for me to be any good at proof-reading my posts. I'll go edit it now before the others wake-up and see what you saw.

I'm in WNC, never heard that story before but we do have albino squirrels, lots of them. The town of Bevard has a white squirrel festival.

After a little googling belt driven silo blower images, I believe you’ve nailed it once again. Incredible sir!

Oh yeah, I truly laughed out loud.

The Corps never did issue feelings to me, so I'm not offended by anything. (Just leave me mum out of it!)

Well, we have a new Pope. May he be a voice of reason in the world.

I'm not inclined to spirituality, but I see how religion can be good for people if led by rational people with generous characters.

It was MY honor to do so. No need to thank me at all.

I benefitted from it, so my gratitude goes out instead of receiving. (I might even have earned TWO extra weeks of everlasting life for it. Will have to wait & see though.)
