A "Bottom 5" might be entertaining. My bottom 5 would not be typical. They would include Texas, Florida, Massachusettes, New York, New Jersey..... many others, too.

Just include all 50 States, and make the poll topic "Top 5", "Bottom 5", or whatever sounds good. Maybe even have a few polls based on the States. A new poll every couple days.

 

Definitely Colorado should be on any list

Trouble is, 30 is the maximum option limit.

 

Colorado is a gorgeous State. But they have outdone California in the "area" that I most want to avoid, so no chance of my considering Colorado as far as living there.

Ah, was not aware. That's kinda a bummer. I guess the list of States would have to be somewhat limited to those that would be most likely to be chosen, based on the poll topic.

Maybe start with a Poll asking what 'Top 5' specific themes people would like to see related to the States, and of course that poll's items would include the possible categories for future polls.
