I’ve seen quite a few tenere 700 and ibex 450 videos lately. If Yamaha would make an upper trim t7 with cruise I’d have probably bought one by now because I have no self control. After having it on the super T, it’s become one of those must have things.

I haven't ridden anywhere I would need cruise control yet, but I could definitely see wanting it. Really interested in that NT1100. One popped up online nearby and I called them to hopefully take a look. They said they did have one, but it was being put together and was already sold. Just popped up in their system automatically. Didn't really expect anything different, I heard their are lists of folks waiting for them to show up.

I wonder why they didn't on the World Raid edition. Isn't that one more focused towards travel with dual tanks and such?

ive been happy with the super t but theres definitely times a smaller bike would be nice. mostly when its on the ground and I have to pick it up.

I think the T7 is an inch taller, isn't it?

the super t has a 2 position seat so it can be lower. I run mine in the high setting which is the same as the t7.

I would definitely have to put a lowering kit on one. Just sitting on it though didn't feel right for me. Still love the bike though...........as long as it has the blue wheels :D
30 years ago it never bothered me riding the 2 smokes that were a lot taller....I wasn't as plump and more nimble back then

I've ridden dirtbikes much taller, but they're so much narrower and lighter it's completely different. That and you aren't using those in stop and go traffic or frequenting stop lights. Get me out away from all that and I could probably manage on anything, but in town, NO THANKS!! lol.

No doubt. I'm planning to put my Rally Raid level 1 rear shock on next weekend. I can't wait to see how that feels. My Rally had a 35.2" seat height.....but the factory suspension sucks. This shock is suppose to take all the sag out and be shorter too(I think).

CF Moto would snap it up to try and buy legitimacy. It'd be like when fiat bought dodge.
