I wouldn’t do too much weight bearing stuff with that all thread you got on that top link. Tractor supply has all those pins and snap rings and whatnot. Be sure to adjust your turnbuckles properly. Lookin good

The threaded rod was just to hold it up so I wouldn't end up with a broken foot. We got back from TSC a little while ago with a proper Top Link Pin and Lynch Pin, and six more 40 Lb bags of corn. That ~should~ last until next weekend. Seriously they go through 18 Lbs per day. We've had as many as ELEVEN around the feeder at the same time. My wife doesn't want to stop feeding them . . .

I think this video has ten if you count carefully...

Decided I wasnt going to do the backpack sprayer as much this year so picked up a tow behind sprayer. Its definitely made more for an atv or riding lawn mower, but got it to work. Ill have to run a power plug to the back of the tractor for it though. But it was nice being able to use the wand from the driver seat too.

Also tried a "marking dye". Its just blue coloring that goes away in a day or two of UV exposure. Its definitely nice but was a bit expensive (like 20 bucks) and recommended 1oz of the dye for 1 gallon of water/mix. Id probably try like a 1/4 ounce or 1/2 ounce next time. But it was nice to see exactly where has been sprayed and not have to rely on the "that spot is wet i already did it" lol. Also did kind of help see how heavy the spray was going down at different speeds on the tractor. Slower and it would be a darker blue.

Did some tractor work this afternoon using the FEL and forks in a manor not particularly recommended. Removed two Crape Myrtle trees from my Aunt's flower garden.

Be careful with that dye. Get just a drop or two on your clothing and then put them in the washer and well, you know the saying "happy wife happy life"?

I got a bit on my hand and noticed it was not fun stuff lol. Luckily we have a "dirty clothes" washer and dryer in the shop.

And yes I know the saying and also find it to be one of the stupidest sayings out there too. But I'll leave it at that

I went out this morning and adjusted and locked in the turnbuckles (after this pic was taken) for lateral and vertical motion. I'm not sure how much side-to-side I should have at the top corner of the QH? I've got it adjusted to about 1/2" lateral motion..

So the QH will tighten its slack as you raise it up. Basically at the fully raised position you want no more than an inch of lateral sway but you don’t want it strong like bull tight. Looks good

It's just the first thing that came to my mind. Never was a big fan of it either. Of course I'm divorced now so....
I'll add that it was very amicable. We didn't get a lawyer. After the divorce we lived in the same house for almost a year fixing it up getting it ready to sell. She called me the other day and said she couldn't get the title to one of her cars in her name because my name was on it. So I spent almost the whole next day getting paperwork together to get my name off of it. And spending $60 to overnight it and I didn't ask for that back. We just got old and she wanted to go down to Texas to live next to the kids, and being I work outside I thought I couldn't deal with the heat.

"Absolutely the best thing I can tell you to do with this?
Get a magnetic camera with the little screen or blue tooth it to your phone. This lets you stay straight in the seat. Eliminates all the twisting on your neck, back. HUGE timesaver."

Do you have a link to the camera you're using? And where on the back of the tractor do you stick the camera to? And does it stay put while you're using it?
