    Chantilly actually is heavy crème whipped with confectioners sugar and vanilla. It can take several forms from whipped crème all the way through to other denser/colder possibilities. In New Orleans they will sometimes refer to it as Gentilly in reverence to the part of the city… Chantilly/Gentilly Cake is a staple in the area… fresh berries are always a part…

    I’m not a fan, but they work for getting wet constantly and loose (I can only fit about 5 styles - 3-4E). Alternative is aqua socks… and that’s a big nope from me. Concrete \Blacktop is unbearable in our heat, so barefoot only works in a few environments. Easy to slide on a pair when I gotta travel around. I try to stick to decent looking styles.
