48 and mostly sunny, on its way to 81 today.

    And 91 tomorrow.

Better get the lawn mowed sometime this morning before it gets toasty outside. I have some work to do on the patio, but I don't have to wait for the grass to dry out to do that.

You can tell me to mind my own business but Dr don’t recommend peroxide anymore. Studies show it damages healthy tissue and slows healing.
Ok I’ll mind my own business now.

Got a soft set epoxy mix.
Have to redo 6 ball repairs.
Has only happened one other time.
No one else would notice but, this guy is a pro. And throws like a mother.
I can’t, in good conscience, even think of letting this go.
Doesn’t sound right when I tap on it.
Glad I’m not on a close completion date..

In things you didn't expect to see today, I present to you:

These screws were in my wife's foot yesterday, and today they are not.

This is what $10,000 screws look like, at least that's what the hospital charged my insurance for em.

    I'm in the wrong business...

Well kept! Your truck is appreciated . My trip to work is around 10 miles but I have close to 180k on odometer on a ‘06, I must say it treats me well.

Tell me about it, I told em I know a guy that can get me clean room rated hardware, can I get a discount?

Or can I have my old lady wash some dishes out back for a price reduction but nobody seemed to think that was appropriate....

Seriously though, I'm thankful for good insurance. $200 copay each time to put screws in and out, and they charge my insurance over 150k...

To why the screws had to come out, my wife's pain was constantly like an 8/10 after having them in, they served their purpose and healed the fracture but bone spurs/ scar tissue had built up around the entrance...coming out.

I'm on a well. Iron isn't an issue, but it is hard AF. Meanwhile you can go up the road 15 minutes and it's nothing but iron and not that hard. Guess it depends on how far the well goes down. From what I can tell most of this roads wells are in the 100' range. Meanwhile 1/8 of a mile behind me the neighbor drilled an extra well on their farm 700' and it produces pretty much no water. Been meaning to tell them to get it hydrofracked to see what happens.
