Mostly stock, just getting it to my liking, just happy to have had the taco and now my 4Runner.
Agreed, now comes my normal routine, more mags (minimum 10), more ammo, and see what holster fits it to me best.

The MP17 is dope.. the nostalgia alone makes it.

I'm loving this little thing so far tho.

I bought a couple of Del-Tons too dip I and my sons toes into the AR-15 pond. They could serve a purpose, that purpose better be within about 75 yds though. They have never failed to go bang when the trigger is pulled. He bought a DD upper thinking he would get a lower to go with it but couldn't because he didn't have a TX DL and they had like a four month backlog. So he put the D-T lower on it and that thing is a tack driver.

Picked up a 5.11 lvc8 sling bag for the Flux 365. Fits perfectly with the Huxwrx can and 2x 17rd mags.

Swapped out the tlr7X for a tlr8 Sub so I could pair it with the Antimatter wing.

Does anyone here have any experience with coatings? I have and at least 30 year old left-handed SS A-bolt that shows 30 years of use. I have read about the various kinds and the one I'm most interested in is Black Ice. That said I would be interested in anyone's experience here with the various kinds. Thanks

Figured I’d follow up on this and let yall know I took an intro to handguns class. Learned a lot. Reinforced whatever I did know (the basics) and I’ll probably take some more classes down the road. I ended up purchasing a Smith&Wesson SD40 2.0 it’s nothing fancy but a pretty good bang for your buck deal. I put 200 rounds through it today and I’m happy with it. Appreciate all the helpful info and suggestions. Thanks guys.

I remember liking the SD line. Though only shot it once or twice (friend had one). You might get some flack for getting it in 40 cal though :)

A buddy of mine who’s got quite the arsenal of weapons was telling me the same thing. Haha. A long time ago. The first time I shot a pistol it was a 40 cal Smith & Wesson. So I guess I just went with that for the nostalgia. Even though it’s not ambidextrous it works well with my left hand so that was a big plus too.
