I thought it might have been, it had a salesperson feel to the posts.

Kinda my thought.. worse case... it costs my a few hundred for the experiment.

I'll keep that in mind. Based on a phone call I just had with my boss, I'm fixing to get real busy...

I think I need to do the needle bearing though.

    I'd F with the 500e.

Seems like it might be more about which COULD work. They all lock out driving when plugged in. I'd love to have something i don't have to touch at all, but there are some that go from solar to a class 1 charger. Not efficient but free and good enough so i don't care about the losses.

I do like the look of those. There's going to be (i hope/think) a LOT of those in city fleet vehicles. It's bigger than I'm wanting but would be able to do a lot more and would probably still be able to do what I want.

But also, price tag. I can get a new one with a built in factory solar that does EXACTLY what I want for closer to that cost too. And then just keep the taco (which is staying regardless) for truck stuff.

That’s what I’d have done if I still had my 2.5G.

Signed all the STI docs, should take delivery Monday / Tuesday nights. Wild.

Jason saw it at the dealer last night.

She has spoken, that's a sign.

Totally, I'd be interested for sure. Lifelong minimalist in vehicle purchases re the extra toys.

I have long said I would rather not have it come with a radio so it's a little money saved and I'm just throwing in my own stuff anyway.

A solar panel bed cover would be nice. Why not gain some juice all day long?

I'm at the dealership now and saw your new car. Who was your sales rep?
