    Update on the pork... been on for 7 hours and hit 170° internal. Wrapped and back on til 205 to 210° for probe tender. Looks and smells good, just a basic rub to appease the masses. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

    I want to change to beefier hinges, clean up the sloppy beveling (I'll do that when I sand before stain - this was a bulk pass w/ router), and install the fancy boy latch, but overall this is exactly the.effect I wanted. Couple solar lamp post caps coming from Papa Jeff, too.

    Not so bad. Certainly better than the rotten 3 foot picket fence that was there.

    The tapered bottom board on the left will happen when i dig out and redo the foundation strip in the next week or two.

    Went with the family to the Cape today to take my wife and MIL to Brax Landing. To my surprise they were closed! So I had to make up a plan B and ended up getting an outstanding meal at the Chatham Inn.
