Good grief, I just had to emergency brake from like 50mph to avoid smoking a family of full grown javelina running across the road out of nowhere… Think I might have knicked one but was going less than 20 mph at that point. Would have certainly taken out 2 or 3 if the Crv didn’t have great brakes.

We’re driving to San Diego in the morning so would have sucked to mangle the car up with pig! My heart is still pounding!

Somebody must've played the Uno reverso card because I spent $250 at the local Nursery and my wife spent a little more than that at the auto parts store.

 

I'm taking a day off at home. If I go outside of my own property I'm going to end up spending $300 that's just what it cost to exist per day in 2025

 

Fuck I just spent $350... Well so much for that. On the flip side if anybody wants their shocks rebuilt and/or revalved I'm setting up to just have that be a side business at this point

You got ones I'm intimately familiar with too... Got to love the old swayaways. Hardest part with those is finding shims. Last time I ordered them through kartek James was saying he wasn't even having luck getting shim stacks from AFE anymore. But I forget do you like the way they're valved currently?
