Does the system retain that you're device has been paired/connected previously? When searching around, MENU, SETUP, BLUETOOTH does it show ya phone/device anywhere? If no, and you look/play around and it doesn't connect nor show previously connected phone/device, it would be best to hard reset the entire system. That's what I had to do when I first bought my 2017. I watched a couple vids on show to wipe everything multimedia wise on the Entune System, they when it restarted I was able to connect my Iphone 15 and haven't had a problem since, and that was 6+ months ago.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Did you simply delete and re-pair?

Yes Sir, I bet I could find the exact video and link it here. I remember it being super simple procedure to reset everything Enture System to factory settings. Once I did that and turned the truck back on, turned on bluetooth on my phone and the truck as well, it found my Iphone and paired right up.

I came out of the home despot and had the issue I did not completely delete it from the Radio, as I did this on my way home tonight and it kept saying it was connecting. will delete it tomorrow , then a hard reset if that fails.. weird how it all of a sudden lost BT...... thx

Also, check your VIN on this link to see if you have the latest Entune firmware.
