Try re-linking the TX/RX together a few times and see if it works itself out. Maybe crack open the TX and see if it's just a loose wire on the trigger pot.

I had no issues with TX before the "fire". Just been sitting for a month

I can't imagine it would just give up the ghost after sitting. It's either not fully linking, or maybe the TX was dropped, just reaching here.
If the rates are not zeroed out upon link or startup, the throttle generally won't engage. Try the obvious first, center the throttle. If no luck, try setting the throttle a few clicks one way or the other, maybe the new ESC isn't recognizing the center of the throttle pot. Meaning, it "sees" throttle input upon startup.

That didn't take long at all. CC is first up, just testing the breakover angle on both chassis. The 64mm tires made the difference and the CC made it over just fine. Slightly longer run for the 3d Snu chassis :D. I think they are actually very close, aside from the motor tilt and slightly better LCG of the CC. It would be really cool to have a 2nd driver and follow the leader to really see any differences.
I'm gonna go back to the D-Glad link combo on this one because it's just a lot of fun. No need for two C-Bolts. I'll put up a link after I get it published.

An alternative, cheap but decent TX/RX combo.
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B7X5XGLR?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
I first saw this when building the Orlandoo Hunter kits.
Then 24Yep did a review on one, had to give it a shot.
RX is 1mm longer and 2mm narrower than a Spektrum. Spektrum is around $50, Turbo racing is around $16. Fits on the skid just fine.

Much smaller pack size. Fits in a motorcycle top case and leaves room for more. Plus so cheap not a big deal if it's damaged.

The menu takes a few minutes to figure out, and requires some patience during the learning curve. It automatically times out after about 10 seconds, so gotta be on your selection game.

    It has 15 model memory.
    How does it feel?
Not too bad. It's cheap af. But feels solid in the hand.
If you're familiar with the FMS TX's, then it feels about the same in the hand. The trigger was a bit notchy, I opened it up and put a drop of Tri-Flow on the moving parts and it is smooth now. The steering feels the same. Overall, not as fine and precise as the Spektrum, but there is a huge price difference, so it works great IMO :D. It works well enough that after about a 15 minutes with it, it felt fine and I was slaying lines like before.
    Edit:

Damnit.... I have been wanting a smaller radio for my crawlers and maybe combine the two crawlers onto one radio, the fact it does expo and endpoints is perfect for my needs. I really wish that two radios could be bound to one receiver in the case I wanted to run both crawlers at the same time.

Two Receivers can be bound to this radio on the same channel, you can run two cars at the same time. I plan to try this and see if they will "follow the leader" on one transmitter. :D

That has some cool implications. I'll probably wind up getting a tank like what I got for my brother, and a buddy will as well. We could get a synchronized group of tanks if we could link it all up. LOL

Interesting. Yeah i want the opposite. I have my big 1/10th crawler and my mini crawler, would be nice to have them on one radio, but then if the need arises which it has (take a buddy / gf etc) out crawling and both are getting ran you need two transmitters.

For $36, get two and you're set.
I might be misunderstanding the reviews on the multiple link of receivers, maybe they are talking about the multiple model memory. Which is odd, since it advertises it, and shouldn't come as a surprise..
Mine came linked out of the box. I made settings for expo, end points, etc on memory one. I switched to a few different model channels, and the receiver still works, but without my settings. Those reappeared once it was back to model memory one. So I assume it will work multiple receivers at once. I'll let everybody know in a few weeks.

Eh more of wanting to consolidate. The 1/10th crawler has an older BIG bulky flysky GT3B. Id love to have a small transmitter for that and utilize the same one for the mini crawler then if both need to be ran just power up the mini crawlers receiver like normal without having to bind to its transmitter. But I dont know of any transmitter that allows 2 controllers to be bound to it at the same time.

Picked up a vintage Tamiya Dynatech 02H. Gonna do the Toy Story 3 rehab to it tonight. Very excited. A NIB unit runs about $350. I got a very fair price, for this gem, out of the UK.

This is my first attempt of 1 handed driving. I did have to stop the video and use both hands to clear this, though. Also this is my first attempt to share a YouTube video. I'm not sure if this will work or is allowed. I tried to load it directly but I got an error message.

This was my normal set up for all of my club races this season for the Micro B open class, the Mini B Modification class, and the Mojave Grom BLx class. My 11yo daughter runs in her Mini T 2.0 stock.class. I ended up.winning this seasons first place in points for the Micro B Modified class.

Has anyone here ran any Injora 1.9" 4.19 tires? Finally getting around to finishing the Tacoma body swap on my 1/10 scale. I think I might pick up a set of Kraken Claws, they work great on my Ascent 18.
