Oh no, that sucks. My moms 12 year old dog that I grew up with has some lumps that the vet recommended removing, but the surgery would be like 4 grand which she can’t afford.

Those were fun driving cars. I almost bought a Veloce Spider back in 1981. There was a tiny Alfa dealer in town and I was worried about him being in business for the long term.

I worked at a Fiat dealership during the summers and evenings of high school. There, I got a taste of fragile 124 engine timing belts that would snap at 45,000 miles and Spiders with endless electrical problems. We serviced a few Alfas and didn't appear to have all of the problems from Fiat. We also sold SAAB and Subaru during those years. Subaru was rock-solid reliability. SAAB wasn't bad with the 2nd generation manual fuel injection. The early Bosch fuel injection system on SAAB had a few wrinkles. Though SAAB USA had some former Mercedes people running it who knew what they were doing.

In the end, I bought a Nissan 280zx (2-seater) that turned out to be one of the most reliable cars that I owned during the 1980s. Getting married and having kids changed my vehicle seating requirements, so I moved into sedans.

Life with a foreign car could be challenging in the days before the internet. Parts were limited to a very few sports car specialists. It usually took two weeks to a month to get anything out of the ordinary service items.

Tundra upholstery and carpet cleaning weekend with the Rug Doctor, It was dry enough outside on Saturday for me to get the initial cleaning done. The old Fisher Price baby heater saved the day as the circulating hot air dryer once again. It's good that I only need to do this after I buy a different vehicle. I need to put some seat covers on the Tundra. I may go with Carhart precision fit in blue. The stock Tundra seats are comfortable.

Massive Attack doesn't get the recognition they deserve in the US. They basically grew electronic music into the public spotlight themselves. But yeah Mezzanine is absolutely a master work.

Not for certain of course but you might be able to adjust a little extra clearance in there and ditch the spacers?
