    There is more evidence that the kids were being cruel to the dog then there is evidence that they were not.

    I personally would not have had that problem because I would have filmed the kids messing with my dog and showed the kids parent, if they parent did nothing, I would call the cops.

    ^ this is a good way to get shot, lets assume this happens to your kids, you find out, load up your gun and go to your neighbors house, the neighbor sees you holding a weapon at his door and loads his weapon, you're now out in the open waiting to be shot and killed through a window, at best you can hope to have the home owner answer the door with you looking down the barrel of a weapon, you flinch, you're dead again.

    Might be late on this but I've got very little time to hit up TW nowadays.

    In WA the left lane is a passing lane only unless traffic dictates otherwise (rush hour). State Troopers are ticketing the crap out of the ones that camp in the left lane when the right lane is a viable driving lane. Regardless of the fact that the left lane is still limited to the regulated speed limit if you are in the left lane and you could be driving in the right lane or subsequent other lanes. If a State Trooper catches you they can and most likely will ticket you.

    Personally I think the cop should have pulled the person over and given them a ticket for rolling in the left lane. Honestly, if a LEO is on your ass that much you should probably move to the right lane when safe and stay there!
