Yeah, just found this out. My truck is in the body shop and wanted to check up on it and make sure it is not being driven around. It was interesting to be able to look at tracking of the truck, and good for when someone else may be driving it. Really sucks that it has been discontinued.

Daughter was showing me the features on her 2025 Crosstrek she bought 2 weeks ago...

She has an app that will tell her if a door isn't closed, she can lock the car from the app, she can track the car
on her app and even shut the whole thing down if stolen and it will pinpoint exact location of the vehicle. If she
gets incapacitated and takes her hands off the steering wheel the car 'takes-over' and slows and stops in safe location.

    Beats all I ever seen.

My Tacoma did all of that except stopping in a safe location. Basically the tracking and vehicle location is gone from Toyota. You can report your vehicle stolen and only Toyota can see where your vehicle is and they can also disable it. My 2021 Indian motorcycle even has route tracking and location tracking.

Oh that's cool I had no idea they did that with Tacoma.

I hide an AirTag in all my vehicles since Toyota won’t help us anymore (and some of my cars are old)
