been there actually! had a great time with friends back in 2019?

only thing that sucked was the heat! holy shit was it hot! there was like no air down there very little cell signal for tmobile for some reason? but other then that very pretty. had one mishap with my old dog tripping me up when taking her out of the rtt on my old grey tacoma.

My toys, 701 enduro and te 300. After 60k km on my Africa twin I downsized and sold it. Takes to much work to ride hard trails. Missed dirtbikes so I picked up a 300 as well.20250503_133625.jpg 20250502_150530.jpg 20230703_113813.jpg

    Don't be scared.....It's easy.

I wouldn't sweat a Tracer with 17k miles, that's not even up for the first valve check yet. Couple of FJR forum peeps are now on Tracers. They all seem to love them. That's actually how I ended up with the 2013 FJR1300.

haha thats fair just would be new for me.

ya thats what i was looking into on them as well. seems as long as people take care of them they will last a long time. would you say that price is good or would you say its a tad high? from what ive seen unless they are at 10k miles they are usually around the 10-12k price tag.

I went back and looked back over the pics of the one from Dell's and after doing so see a few things that I find .....odd? It has a mount for a Garmin, looks like the Zumo XT, but I don't see the protective cap to cover the pins when not in use. I see a shorty clutch lever but stock front brake lever? Swingarm spools but at quick glance likely the eBay variety. On the surface perhaps being picky but enough to make me wonder how well the PO really took care of it. I'd look it over real closely for signs of being dropped at least because why would you change only one front lever? That's just weird IMO. Might not be enough to stop me but it would be grounds for serious price negotiations.

you make some good points there thanks! ill take a look at all of it today after work when we go by and check it and the ninja out.

i do wonder if the shorty clutch lever was for comfort? i had that on my old klx400 where i swapped out the clutch lever with a china shorty that was just more comfortable to me.
i see what you are talking about with the protective cap as well ill have to look into that one.
im guessing the spools you are meaning the little red things on the swing arm? ya i noticed those and the what ever it is on the kickstand. i also noticed they have a close up image on the right side of the engine area but not the left?

We got this for the kids last night for free. Just needs a battery or new charger i think. Probably slap a ryobi 18v like the rest of the toys ive done.

Our house is getting overtaken by e-toys

Kickstand looks normal to me, not sure what you're spotting that I'm not. Closer look does reveal a red anodized shifter arm and toe peg. You're correct, those red "spools" on the swingarm are for a rear stand. They make stands set up for spools to make lifting the rear wheel easy for stuff like lubing the chain or removing the rear wheel for tire changes. Certain colors of anodizing don't age very well and the cheaper Chinesium stuff is the worst of all.

Red ages like shit. A LOT of the crf stuff has that crap  I couldn't find a foot brake lever with the black tip, so I got red......and the damn thing is nearly pink already.

I've even seen black that aged horribly. Friend of mine had LED auxiliary lights and the bezels looked a bronzish color in only one season.

I had some blue anodized stuff back in 2000 on my GSXR. It held up well. That's the only other things I have ever had......that I know of :D

Winks rust remover will remove anodizing if anybody wants raw silver stuff
