No blood drawn, but plenty of little holes in the disposable gloves

More thighs tonight!

 

We love Chicken thighs, I grill-baked some in a Mediterranean style with EVOO, Lemon and a sh1tload of dry seasonings, they were delicious.

 

That sounds good! When my wife and I lived in Bergen County we fell in love with the South American cuisine we found there. These thighs are our way of making Peruvian Chicken. They’re marinated in some simple herbs and spices, grilled, and then served with the Peruvian Green Sauce on top.

So good…

My late friend and worker's
parents were from Greece. His mom made this and since we were close would have dinner at his childhood home, once in a while. So simple and delicious . The dry was S/P Oregano, Paprika Garlic powder.... Fresh Lemon juice and a good EVOO, baked up
