I'm getting the sudden urge to get a Nissan
NV2500 van and live the #vanlife

You can 4x4 swap them with titan parts just the same as tacomas too

Ok I thought I liked winter, but this area is a lot better in the spring. I’m not looking forward to wildfire smoke in the summer though.

It's pleasant in the spring and most of the summer, last summer we didn't have any major fires to clog up the sky which was nice. Maybe we will get lucky twice. A lot of the time the smoke we had the summer before was from CA and Canada.

Apparently it got so bad here for a few days in 2020 that you couldn’t see the other side of Main Street. I guess the Blues and Wallowas were getting pummeled with fires. Usually it’s not as bad here as LCV since we’re not in a valley though.

There's a prevailing wind the runs through that area too, if there's a fire on the Palouse it'll burn up fast but if the smoke is from elsewhere it can help push it through pretty quick.

Wildfire smoke is one thing but wildfire smoke with burning Tesla batteries and burning homes made with asbestos and lead is chefs kiss

Yea I think the darkness got to me more than I realized. It was pitch black outside whenever I left work.

Yea, in theory I should be used to it having grown up in Ithaca though - apparently it’s the second cloudiest city in the lower 48 after Seattle.

I’m not sure about this week cause I have several meetings to prepare for. There’s also a full transmission for $400.
