I upgraded to 295/70/17 Mickey Thompson A/Ts on my 2023 TRD Pro and was curious if anyone had any recommendations for brakes? I feel like the stock brakes just aren't able to handle these size tires any longer. Thanx for any and all help!

On my light 295 set up i havnt had any issues. 2 summers with them and I tow a bit. And the pads had 170k on them before the tires went on. Due for replacement this year. I'll just be going oe again.

However with the heft of those tires the drop in power stop set up could be advised. They are around 7lbs more than my g003's

I put on a Wilwood BBK and braided lines last year and could not be more satisfied with the performance. Stopping with 35s now feels better than the stock brakes and tires.

Yeah I weighed my truck recently and it's about 6000lbs without any tools or gear.

DCLB front and rear disc brake conversion definitely better than stock
