    well thanks a lot guys

due to all this mod talk I felt obligated to spend on the Ducati. picked up an ASV clutch lever, puig case covers, radiator guards, and tank grips. covers and guards are backordered so it will be a month or two before I can install those.

My .02, just ride it for a while.

Tail tidy looks nice but if you DO get caught out and have to ride in rain you, or more likely, your g/f will be cussing you the entire way home as her back will now be getting the brunt of the water coming off the rear tire. As for exhaust, you've now got a bike that will be at home for travel and putting on more miles. Exhaust noise and drone will fatigue you and get old real quick. My 2013 FJR came with a set of Leo Vince slip on mufflers and anytime I ride it for more than my commute to work I wear earplugs inside my helmet to lessen the noise and they're not horribly loud.

Take the time to read the manual and adjust the controls and menu functions to your liking. Figure out where and how to use the tool kit and see what you might want to add to it. I think you'll be really happy with it and it will give you a lot of miles and smiles.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Akrapovic makes a great exhaust for the CP3 motor. The FI doesn't get all lean, especially on decel. No big pops, just a nice gurgle. Not too much louder than stock...until you get above 6k, then...that triple just sings. https://www.akrapovic.com/en/moto/p...-GT+/2022?brandId=41&modelId=1154&yearId=6647

You'll love that bike. Very solid platform. Did my valves at 32k and only 2 exhausts were mildly out of spec...probably could've let 'em run, but I was in there. Otherwise, all I do is put gas in it and oil the chain...oh, and run the living hell out of it!

They weren't selling bikes in the first place, and to make matters worse, management kept cranking them out hoping nobody would notice before their market picked up again. I agree, someone needs to refocus or the bank will do it for them (most likely outcome at this point).

just a couple of things tbh
    Haha I know
Tbh she has never had an issue on the bolt since we had the bag on the back. With the tracer it will have the top case on so it works as a fender lol.
I've been looking at them and like the idea of the classic Yamaha square things lol
Wouldn't be to bad with the top box on tbh it will block a lot of water
Hmm I think the longest I waited to mod something was my grey Tacoma when I first got it. Waited months to buy something for it then it went downhill a year later lmao.

I've never bought things before buying something thou. I've always had the stuff saved on my phone haha.
Oh I know but I always look at things for aftermarket. Tbh there isn't much id want to do with the bike. Yes I can tune it but I'm happy with the power so eh? Maybe way down the line?

Exhaust mainly because it's fun but like you stated it's annoying on a long trip use to get annoyed at my 13 Tacoma with its exhaust after 8 hours I wanted that thing in a ditch lmao.
I've heard that one and it does sound great! Only downside to me is where it routes the exhaust haha I like it being under the bike to keep it clean lol.

Oh you got one as well? That's great to hear on the reliability part of it! What color do you have?

Ahh I gotcha. I was looking at that today and trying to figure out how similar the two really are lol but got bored and started looking at stuff for it instead haha.

But the question still stands what color:D

It still fits! But barely. I need to lose some fat. Haven’t worn this on a bike in about 15 years :smack:

After selling my honda 919 a couple years ago every now and then I have had the naked sport bike itch, love the super tenere but mannnnnn the light super nimble naked bike is the devil on my shoulder. The FZ09/MT09 is at the top of the list for the inline 4esq horsepower and twin esq torque.... IE the perfect balance of a hoon machine... and the crossplane triple sound is BEAUTIFUL.
