Just talked to my doctor. They’re gona have me get a sleep study done.

 

What stuff do you use for feeshing? Tweezers multi tool etc? Like what’s in your kit

 

We haven't yet been to Mammoth Cave NP in western Kentucky. We have been to Cumberland Gap NP, which sits at the junction of Kentucky, Virginia, and Tennessee. And a few other National (whatevers) around here. One very interesting thing I have learned about the National (whatevers) in this area of the country - they do not have a "guard post" at the entrance that requires you to pay, or have a National park Pass. All the National Parks / Monuments / Recreation areas out in the western US do require money or Park Pass to enter. Very weird....

Got 1 ten years ago and they were like “you can hit deep sleep, you’re fine!” And then canceled my second one.

I felt robbed

 

You can buy them online but it comes at a premium! I have one, I used it for about 2 years and was very restricting. Could only sleep on my left side of the body. Sits in my nightstand now.

 

I sleep so much better that I have my cpap now. Only if I am clean shaving

 

the cpap you mean?

hopefully they can figure it out. If they identify the issue, I can get it medically documented with the VA. Getting 4-6 hours a night sucks

 

I dont really have a kit; I use needlenose to get hooks out of their mouth if thats a problem, I also keep nail clippers in there but I bite the line with my teeth so I rarely use them.

 

Yes... Worse case you can buy them retail. Better to get it through your provider as, at least in my case, the CPAP and supplies are free.

 

I have memories of those things from back in the 70s. Picking a bunch, putting in a gallon milk jug, and spraying it full of noxious bug spray and screwing on the cap. Next day, still crawling around . . .
