Just getting back online. Felt like crap yesterday. Left work at 4:00 and was in bed sleeping by 4:30. Woke up at 6:00 and there was no way I was going out to mow then. So I did tonight. Wasn't too bad outside but I certainly don't want to be doing it this weekend.

April first has past but can plan ahead for next year

Gabapentin is essentially a nerve blocker. It works to soften the nerve response on pinched/impinged nerves. Some say dosages cause a drugged effect, but that’s typically at larger dosages. Typical start is 300mg 2xday. Take morning meal, evening meal… or if 3x with lunch.

 

You made it farther than I did. I have arthritis and tendonitis in my left shoulder and elbow since I was 40. Some days are . Other days I don’t even notice it. Weather plays a big part of how it feels.

I've been able to predict the weather for some time

 

Boss man is having surgery on his hand today so I got the shop to myself for a couple days. Came in this morning and there was a guy waiting at the door needing something welded

 

So that means you are in charge - treat your employees to an extra break, maybe buy them lunch.

 

I brought chicken tacos and there may be an extra break or two

 

To complete that Boss’ duty by give the subordinate a pay raise too.

After eating Beef Carpaccio my steak ordering style changed. I'll still say medium at a steakhouse because it comes out medium, but anywhere else I say medium rare and it comes out medium.
