If it isn't leaving puddles in your driveway I say leave. It. Can even run 5W30 if you really want

 

After taking a peek at what's involved in replacing it, I'll take that advice and run.

or trade it for a 4th gen

I can seal around the dust cover with some jb weld.

 

When the paper thickness specs for my press are from 0.0032" to 0.011"
why would a salesman bring in a job on paper that is 0.0015" thick?

My press doesn't want to run it but the job is here and I'm most certain you can't order sheeted paper at 0.0015". So my press is the only one here with the ability to try.....

I keep saying the same thing about retirement, 3 years. They're
days l feel like just walking out. Don't get me wrong, I like my job. Just the bullshit. That's why I don't work 1st shift, it's even worse. I was asked by the plant manager why I'm not on 1st, I had 2 opportunities to do so. I told him straight out. It's because of the way the place is being run, and I would also have to lower my standards.

The warning ended at 4:30p.m for us.
Headed toward Marshfield.
The hail lasted about 10 min.
