Got off werk and somehow walked to my.truck in 70+ mph wind gusts. Honestly thought the shit was gonna knock me on my fat ass but I weighed my options and realized that anything Mother Nature throws at me beats going back in that shit hole.
Helped the neighbor move around some rather giant limbs, maple trees arent good fer shit.

Absolutely NOT! I’m a med-rare type… it was done on a charcoal grill by the local grocer (Thursdays).

I use to be rare .. then med rare… now I’m just medium… ever where if ya don’t is rare. Wife switched from rare to medium rare

 

The only time I’m more rare is a French steak… hot pan, butter, sizzle, flip, sizzle…plate…

Nope, I’ve only known it as French steak… exactly as described… flash cooked.
Only slightly more than wipe it’s ass, knock the horns off and put it on a plate… and maybe yell FIRE!
